Are you a design enthusiast with a knack for creating visually captivating designs that resonate with users? Do you possess the ability to identify areas for improvement and elevate our user experience to new heights?

If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as our Senior Graphic Designer. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our products and services, ensuring that every interaction with our brand is seamless, engaging, and memorable.

✦ **Responsibilities**
- Design and create attractive and effective visual elements, such as logos, illustrations, graphics, banners, printed and digital materials, among others.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and translate their design requirements into creative and visual solutions.
- Conduct research and testing with users on graphic pieces if required.
- Generate reports on agent performance and quality trends.
- Edit and retouch images, photographs, and graphics to optimize their quality and use in print and digital media.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, human resources, advertising, web development, and sales, to meet project goals.
- Manage design projects from conception to delivery, setting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adapt designs for use in print, digital, social media, and other platforms, ensuring visual consistency.

**✦ What do you need to succeed**:
English level B2 is a must.

Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Proficient in video editing and creation tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for visual innovation.
Knowledge of current trends in graphic design and experience designing for multiple channels and platforms.
Collaboration with teams from different areas.
Notion handling.
Figma handling (Plus)
