Growth Copywriter at BairesDev

We are looking for a Growth Copywriter to join our growth marketing team. This new position requires a mix of creative and persuasive copywriting for ads, landing pages, and our main website, as well as helping to shape, coordinate, and execute a growth content roadmap. This person will work closely with a team of growth product managers, growth marketers, engineers, and designers to identify and execute on potential growth opportunities. This may take the form of ideating copy to experiment with in Google Ads, creating and executing a content roadmap that aligns with our core user interests, writing copy for a new landing page, testing straplines on our main site, and more.

Ultimately, the Growth Copywriter will be responsible for how we present and talk about the company with language across our digital channels, with equally important goals of short-term metric improvement and longer-term curation and management of our brand.

What You Will Do:

- Write high-impact, memorable copy for ads, landing pages, and the main website.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling long-form content, and everything in between.
- Develop and execute a growth content roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders and growth specialists.
- Routinely evaluate copy across our assets for brand consistency and performance.
- Create and maintain the brand's tone of voice.
- Establish and embed our tone of voice across the company to ensure a consistent, public-facing brand.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Understanding of the limitations, opportunities, and target audiences of various marketing channels.
- Demonstrated ability to create memorable and effective copy.
- Someone who is interested in quantitatively measuring the results of their work.
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Extremely organized; capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
- Reliable in delivering results with little supervision.
- A strong understanding of linguistics and grammar, as well as the marketing savvy to know when to break the rules.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a content strategy.
- Self-assurance and persuasiveness when presenting your ideas.
- Advanced level of English.

Desirable:

- B2B experience, especially in IT services.
- A basic understanding of on-page SEO is required.
- Degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience testing your work with end users.
- Previous experience in a fully remote business.
