Community Manager and Copywriter

**Social Media Manager**:
We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager with proven experience and a passion for social media to join our Team and help spearhead our growth. **What You’ll Do**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
- Plan, create, curate, and adapt content to post on each social network daily.
- Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
- Create methods for improving our digital footprint in directories and online customer review platforms.
- Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer reports to the management teams outlining any changes to the digital marketing plan.
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.

**Copywriter**:
**The primary job duties and responsibilities include**:

- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce innovative written concepts through execution for assigned brands.
- Edit copy is written for First Class Business and our clients.
- Write original copy and edit content for various corporate marketing and communications materials.
- Could you collaborate with the team to deliver the final product?
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team and client representatives as needed and participate in client pitches on occasion to learn and provide feedback.
- Revise copy based on client feedback/direction approved by First Class Business strategists - the client doesn’t make the decision - we do.
- Attend meetings, as necessary, ready to take notes and accomplish agenda items diligently.
- Set reasonable goals and put in the work to achieve them.

**Here’s what we are looking for**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Hootsuite, etc.
- Copywriting experience developing content in English.
- Direct experience in B2B marketing, ideally in lead generation using social media.
- US market experience.
- Able to explain complex social media data understandably.
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish).
