We're seeking a creative visionary with a passion for design and the capability to transform ordinary into extraordinary. As our Creative Strategist, your role is not just to maintain our brand's aesthetic, but to elevate it to new heights. You'll be the mastermind behind our brand strategy and creative initiatives, working to enhance our on and off Amazon presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Leadership: Manage multiple design-oriented projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are held accountable. Provide guidance to our graphic designer, who will report to you, and ensure excellence and branding consistency across all visual assets.
- Creative Direction & Design Strategy: Lead the conceptualization of our creative projects. Stay ahead of visual trends, ensuring that our brand remains appealing to a higher-end market. Provide strategic input to guide the visual content development.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct thorough competitor and market research, gathering insights and inspiration to shape our brand and product imagery.
- Brand Content Strategy: Craft comprehensive content strategies for our product range, planning out each visual asset that needs to be created. Collaborate with our copywriter to ensure cohesive storytelling and aesthetic.
- Creative Briefs: Construct inspiring briefs for photoshoots, product design, and marketing materials, providing guidance on shot types, angles, styling suggestions, and food pairings for our products.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee each stage of design production to ensure the highest aesthetic standards and uniformity in brand identity across projects.
- Brand Guardian: Uphold and enhance the brand's visual and style guidelines across all content and platforms. Develop strategies that align with our brand's luxurious and trendy aesthetic.
- Graphic Design Execution & Leadership: While being hands-on and contributing to the actual design work when needed, you will also take charge of multiple graphic design related projects simultaneously, managing timelines and ensuring team members' accountability. Deliver clear and consistent visual feedback to our graphic designer, who will report to you, and provide professional guidance to ensure excellence and branding consistency across all assets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable providing professional feedback to others.
- Track record of leading creative projects from concept to completion.
- Solid understanding of color, composition, typography, and graphic styles.
- Expertise in market and consumer behavior trends.
- Extensive knowledge of visual trends and techniques.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Ability to adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Desire to innovate and strive for excellence.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with 3D production would be a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in Amazon photography or Amazon graphic design is a plus.

Pay: $4,200,000 - $7,000,000 per month
