Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Procurement Support Specialist to join our Global Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential Tier 1 functional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function across multiple global regions, acting as a crucial liaison between internal customers, external suppliers, and various P2P and IT departments. You will be part of a team that creates exceptional outcomes by protecting what our customers value most. What You’ll Do Provide Tier 1 functional support for the Oracle Cloud Procurement module, assisting internal customers with key Procure-to-Pay activities, including requisition creation, receipt editing, and error message troubleshooting. Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Vendor Maintenance teams to resolve invoice hold situations, manage supplier bank validations for North America, and provide end‑to‑end operational support for the Procure-to-Pay area across multiple countries. Ensure process efficiency and compliance by executing Purchase Order (PO) maintenance activities, improving quality results by adhering to established standards, and using procurement expertise to troubleshoot problems and resolve issues. What You’ll Bring Business proficiency in written and spoken English. 3‑5 years of experience with Oracle ERP, specifically Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud. Proven ability in problem‑solving, customer service, and critical thinking, including daily interaction with internal customers via email and phone.
