As a Back-Office Specialist, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.
**Your main responsibilities will be to**:
- Process invoices for billing.
- Clean errors on the data to proceed with billing.
- Review charges for chassis damage and submits for billing approval.
- Perform data entry of different types of documentation associated with the operational processes of our clients.
**Requirements**:
**What would help you to succeed in this role**:
- High School Degree or Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related.
- Language: B2-C1 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally.
- Desirable experience in administrative related fields or customer service for North American companies.
- Attention to detail and.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks.
