**Job Summary.**

You must have a variety of experience, education, and “hand’s on” administration in all aspects of HR.

This role will be responsible for recruitment and the hiring facilitation of qualified job applicants for multiple positions. You will collaborate with management to understand skills and competencies required for our openings.

**Schedule**:

- 40 hours a week.
- Monday - Friday.
- 9 AM - 6 PM

**Skills and traits we are looking for include**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment tasks.
- Maintain, develop recruitment documentation, and best practices. Update the process based on the latest progress in the industry.
- Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.

**Education and requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related (preferred).

**Experienced in**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably with Technical Recruiter experience.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats.
- Indeed for Business, LinkedIn, Gusto, Zoho Recruiter, Craigslist, Glasdooor or other job-related platforms.
- Sourcing or talent pipeline generation experience

**Demonstrated ability in**:

- Interpersonal skills.
- Leadership.
- Assessment and interviewing expertise.

- 3+ years of relevant and progressive experience working as an HR coordinator, HR generalist or similar
