Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Senior HR Business Partner para unirse a nuestro equipo en Colombia. Nos interesamos en contratar personas apasionadas interesadas en generar e innovar cambios, estamos buscando el HR Data Analyst para nuestra oficina en Calí, Colombia. La posición El HR Data Analyst se unirá al equipo de Recursos Humanos para ayudar a diseñar y estructurar los análisis de datos de la manera más eficiente posible, desarrollar informes y realizar análisis para traducir esos datos en información procesable. Reportando al Gerente de HRIS ubicado en EE. UU. Y trabajando estrechamente con HR en Colombia, usted será responsable de: • Trabajar con los socios comerciales y líderes de recursos humanos para garantizar un flujo eficiente de datos en todas las etapas, desde el diseño hasta la creación, la transformación, el almacenamiento y la presentación de informes • Asociarse con las partes interesadas para comprender las necesidades de informes y asesorar sobre las decisiones de diseño óptimas • Diseñar, entregar informes con análisis oportunos y significativos Requisitos:  3-5 años de experiencia en realizar informes y análisis afines, preferiblemente en un contexto de recursos humanos  Licenciatura en recursos humanos, negocios o un campo relacionado  Conocimiento de la arquitectura de datos, diseño, desarrollo y proceso de QA / QC  Fuertes habilidades de visualización de datos; debe poder crear imágenes limpias que resalten los hallazgos clave para contar con datos específicos y verídicos  Conocimiento demostrado de Microsoft Excel y paneles de recursos humanos  Excelente atención al detalle, con la capacidad de identificar y resolver rápidamente posibles problemas  Se prefiere el conocimiento intermedio del inglés (se proporcionarán clases de inglés para apoyar el desarrollo profesional)
