Micro Talent, somos una compañía subsidiaría de un grupo empresarial americano y en este momento nos encontramos haciendo un proceso de selección para nuestro equipo específicamente para el cargo de Senior Business Analyst.
Tareas
- Habilidades organizativas: gestión de proyectos, gestión de historias, gestión del alcance y, lo más importante.
- Recopilación de requisitos y traducción en historias de usuario adecuadas (Como un, quiero, para que).
- Debe ser capaz de comprender los objetivos y problemas de una organización
- Reconocer los problemas de negocio y llegar a la solución más adecuada
- El pensamiento crítico ayuda al analista de negocio a evaluar múltiples opciones antes de llegar a la solución deseada.
- Debe tener la capacidad de comunicarse de forma concisa con las partes interesadas y los clientes en relación con los requisitos.
- Utiliza la comunicación verbal y escrita para transmitir ideas, hechos y opiniones a las partes interesadas.
- Interpreta el problema y encuentra enfoques empresariales alternativos.

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 7 años de experiência como Business Analyst.
- Demostrable experiência en gestión de proyectos IT.
- Inglés nível avanzado en comunicación (B2+/C1).
- Experiência en creación de historias de usuario.
- Conocer la metodología de Scrum.
- Experiência trabajando con Azure DevOps.
