As a Business Analyst you will analyze through reports our processes to improve internal activities and create actions to accomplish the goals of different areas. This position is located in Medellin, Colombia and you will report to the General Manager of the business. **Key Responsibilities** - Create reports of different areas of the supply chain and sell to optimice processes and help the areas to accomplish their Goals. - Analyze the main KPI's of the business and coordinate projects related to their improvement, to have an agile SBU at the forefront of what the industrial sector needs. - Lead projects with a focus on customers and internal processes to produce value to the customer and the departments. - Prepare reports associated with budgets, business results, analysis of imports, exports, competitors for better decision-making using Excel, Clientlink, Focus and Oracle. - Lead the process of "Export Compliance" and "Product Stewardship", with the purpose of taking care of the integrity of our employees and customers. **Qualifications** - Previous experience of at least 3 years in Business Analytics in the manufacturing industry - Education in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or related fields - Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) and use of CRMs and ERP - Basic English - Qualifications as leadership, communication and data analyze **You will have benefits such as life insurance, vacation and christmas bonus, among others.** **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
