We are looking for a **Bilingual Business Analyst** in **Colombia**.

The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements and business processes related to client solutions. This role will interface with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to ensure that requirements are well documented and understood by all.

**Skills/Experience required**:

- Advanced English Level: B2 or higher.
- +4 years of experience in Software and Website Projects as a Business Analyst, QA or software developer.
- Experience with industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow mode-ling, workflow analysis, user stories, accep-tance criteria, business requirements docu-ments, customer journeys and use cases.
- Effective communication and attention to detail skills.
- Systems Engineer or related studies.
