**JOB TITLE**: Business Intelligence Analyst

**LOCATION**: Hybrid - Medellín

**TYPE**: Full-time

**SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday

**TYPE OF CONTRACT**: Permanent

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance.
- Utilize Agile/SAFe and Waterfall methodologies for project execution and delivery.
- Utilize programming languages and query tools to perform data analysis and reporting.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations and reports to management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in programming languages and query/reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Oracle databases.
- Experience with project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with the Healthcare insurance industry is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, global workforce environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
