**Responsibilities**:

- P&L responsibility over the Hub Solution Delivery operations, ensuring efficient and profitable utilization of HUB resources, balancing capacity, demand and right mix of skill to meet financial targets.
- Responsible for overall delivery quality of projects being delivered out of the HUB in terms of scope, time and budget.
- Pursue operational excellence, by driving best practices on design, delivery and implementation methodologies within the team to ensure repeatable results.
- Develop and build internal relationships with other Delivery leaders across regions to ensure alignment on best practices and project outcomes
- Ensure customer alignment by acting as Senior Delivery Leader and building executive relationships for all projects being supported by the Americas HUB across all solutions within the Coupa platform (Core + SCDP).
- Work closely with key internal or external stakeholders in aligning on project assignments and deliverables
- Report internally on practice progress and manage stakeholders and escalations whether they be internal or external accordingly.

- Foster communication and collaboration amongst the team, not only in region but globally ensuring that there is the potential to share learnings and learn from others.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in leading large teams in delivering projects across different regions along with accountability of quality and P&L
- 15+ years of experience in Professional services delivery either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or a software provider.
- 10+ years in similar Professional Services, Consulting, SaaS implementation leadership positions, with direct reports and management responsibilities
- Experience with Software as a Service is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, supply chain planning, customer management, and sales force automation software.
- Working Experience with an ERP solution like Oracle or SAP is preferred
- Experience of eProcurement, AP, Expense Management and/or Supply Chain Design and Planning is highly desired.
- Language skills: Advanced English and Spanish is a must. Portuguese or any other language is a plus.
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of high performing individuals with the correct level of guidance, coaching and management as required.
- Ability to develop executive level relationships. Strong communication and negotiation skills required
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills at different levels of the organization in order to liaise between the user community, executive sponsors, and the customer team is required
- High energy team player with a bias for action
- Able to manage increasing levels of responsibilities, deadlines and customer / partner relationships
- Driven team player, collaborator, and relationship builder whose infectious can-do attitude inspires others and encourages great performance in a fast-moving environment.
