**Job Description**:
**About This** **Job**

You will be responsible for managing Loyalty NIQ solution with an existing retailer client in Colombia. You will act as the main point of contact for this client

You will be responsible for consistently giving consultancy in order to the client take all the advantage of their customer data, through insights, trainings, smart decisions, implementing enhancements in the platform that allows personalized offers and retail media efficiency

**Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders inside retailer client
- Expanding Loyalty NIQ Solutions with the client
- Consulting clients (Retailers & Manufacturers) with simple & powerful analysis around customer data from Retailer Loyalty Programs, and giving them advice in how to improve their Loyalty Programs
- Delivering core revenue targets, based on retain and expand current projects, and generating new business.
- Developing a full understanding of the NielsenIQ Loyalty value proposition
- Building and frequently contacting clients to understand their needs, requirements and identify potential areas where NielsenIQ Loyalty Solutions can further support their business objectives. This will support both revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Managing and negotiating contract renewal with a Retailer Client
- Understanding the end-to-end product deliveries
- Creating scalable training, using digital solutions to train hundreds of users

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with: Loyalty Programs or Household Panels, Loyalty areas inside Retailer, Personalization and Retail Media
- Analytical skills using customer data
- Strong desire to consistently overachieve targets and objectives
- General interest and knowledge in the Loyalty, Personalization & Retail Media industry
- Highly organized, driven, with good time management skills and a logical approach,
- Able to prioritize workload, and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills and the ability to network effectively.
- Professionally presented, articulate and a confident communicator at all levels
- Fluent English speaking & writting
