**Purpose of this Position.**
Provide academic and basic technical support to teachers that are adopters of Pearson products and services.
**Key Responsibilities.**
To provide academic and basic technical support to teachers about Pearson products and services with total customer-oriented attitude.

**Qualifications and/or Experience**
- 3 years of experience as an English Teacher
- B2/C1 Level of English
- Knowledge of current ELL trends and technology
- Digital skills, understanding of Online Learning and all relevant IT programmes and digital product awareness
- Relationship building skills
