**Job Summary**: Reporting to the Vice President of Quality (who is based in the US), this position assists the Quality and Regulatory (QA/RA) organization with project and administrative support for executive level management. The role involves high level contact and effective communication with Zimmer Biomet senior management, as well external customers. Position involves providing a significant amount of executive level administrative support with travel arrangements (US domestic and international), related expense report tracking, drafting presentations, internal and external communications, being key. Additionally, as a project coordinator, the role will be a key driver of critical initiatives and amplify the message of the respective QA/RA executive leaders. Partnering with cross-functional groups to enable cohesion in project delivery is key to success. The position involves exposure to highly sensitive information, including product information and requires the ability to maintain confidentiality.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: - Providing high level of support to the QA/RA leadership team in execution of their respective organizational priorities and undertaking project tasks as needed
- Assisting leaders in maintaining project and activity tracking, including tracking of metrics, completion data, tracking schedules and expenditures
- Create and maintain project calendars for fulfilling each goal and objective
- Organizing, attending, participating in stakeholder meetings
- Documenting and disseminating minutes and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Providing administrative support as needed, including meeting facilitation and travel expense management
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to stakeholders Maintaining and monitoring work closely and cross-functionally with leaders to develop team meetings, townhalls and associated presentations
**Expected Areas of Competence**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong English language proficiency - written and verbal
- Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Self-starter with ability to complete a task with mínimal instruction
- High degree of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, judgment and cultural sensitivity - Ability to operate independently, handle stressful situations, use initiative and innovation to handle issues and make decisions required.

**Education/Experience Requirements**: - Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Proficiency in the English language (ILR proficiency level 4 or 5) High level of administrative and related project coordination experience preferred
**Travel Requirements**: 5%
