**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and systems.
- Collaborate with department managers to determine hiring needs and position requirements.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Prepare job offers and manage the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Strengthen Fusion CX’s employer brand through networking, partnerships, and social media engagement.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary documentation and support.

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws is a plus.

**Work Schedule & Employment Details**
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Salary**: To be determined based on experience
- **Benefits**: Indefinite-term contract, all social benefits included
