About the Role:
The HR Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle, contributing to recruitment operations, onboarding, engagement, performance management, benefits administration, and internal policy compliance. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proactive communication to ensure a high-quality employee experience and consistent HR process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Culture
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, PTO, and HR processes.
- Support culture initiatives, communication guidelines, internal events, recognition programs, and feedback channels.
- Address employee concerns with discretion, escalating to leadership when necessary.
Performance & Compliance
- Assist in performance review cycles, evaluation follow-ups, and improvement plans.
- Monitor internal HR policy adherence, confidentiality standards, and compliance norms.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and ensure consistent updates.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Administer weekly and monthly HR tracking reports.
- Manage documentation such as NDAs, contracts, addendums, and employee files.
- Maintain structured digital archives in HR platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, internal drive, employee folders).
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support Talent Acquisition with sourcing, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Execute onboarding programs, system access, welcome sessions, and orientation schedules.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely internal documentation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
- Proven experience supporting onboarding, employee documentation, and internal HR processes.
- Advanced English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong skills in organization, prioritization, confidentiality management, and service attitude.
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, ticketing, drive repositories).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in US-based organizations or outsourcing BPO models.
- Knowledge of labor compliance practices for contractor work in LATAM.
- Experience supporting performance programs, feedback frameworks, or culture initiatives.
- Competence with tools such as Slack, Notion, HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and Monday.
