The main Purpose of the TTS ICG Operations Control Manager (Consent Order Requirements Manager) is to review, assess, monitor, comply with the governance and control framework which have issued to meet objectives required by LATAM Consent Order and reports/escalates to senior management in the Latam Trade CSC. This professional will support the regional business strategy in leading, analyzing, implementing, and managing the all the Consent Order requirements and balance sheet account exceptions providing risk and control transparency improving operational safety and soundness in Trade, manage and implement the Risk / Control / Service and Governance strategies across the CSC and will be 100% accountable for the Trade Client Operations day to day activities and Controls.

The Trans Services Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to various securities related functions, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to support traders, maintain position records, and improve process efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Trade Consent Order activities in all LATAM Region.
- Understand and document current processes
- Conduct gap analysis against minimum standards
- Define action plans to address gaps in conjunction with regional leadership
- Drive relevant operational changes ensure changes land effectively and change is embedded,
- Define technology requirements to address gaps, involvement in sprints, engaging relevant Ops SMEs at all relevant points in development cycle
- Schedule and co-ordinate local testing as required ensuring appropriate Ops sign off prior to go live
- Update local ARCMS
- Gather evidence where control standards are met
- Develop regional metrics in conjunction with regional leadership
- Track completion and return of artifacts required from local country teams, e.g. surveys, info requests, gap analysis
- Consolidate local inputs and present findings in a easy to understand format for key stakeholders
- Leadership of consent order related workstream(s), including workstreams within the following programs - Lending Transformation Program, WLCR, De-risk, Data and other consent order related programs
- Coordinate calls with all Trade Focal points to track progress of the Consent Order Requirements.
- Ensure all Trade reports aggregate feeds from product processors, settlement systems and reconciliation platforms reporting ICG Operations owned exceptions by age and value and are properly documented.
- Guarantee In business controls are properly followed, implemented, and completed.
- Ensure and execute the functions of MCA, Control, Quality and Compliance within the Trade Hub.
- Establish controls for the proper operation of Trade Hub processes.
- Manage MCA - Manager's Control Assessment program regarding new initiatives, maintenance and quarterly/annual assessments working with Risk & Controls peers, operations managers, senior managers, and other stakeholders to present and discuss results ensuring effective and robust control environment taking in consideration all key risk indicators and controls performance for processing in CSC Tampa Trade NAM and Latam, third party vendors and internal service providers.
- Proactive management of the end-to-end aspects of the control environment in Trade CSC Americas Operations by challenging control performance effectiveness and design adequacy.
- Identify operational control improvements through process reviews, and oversight of key risk indicators, operational risk events and issue management.
- Work closely with operations staff, managers, senior managers, and other functional partners (i.e., Compliance, ORM, Legal) at senior level.
- Provide support to all operational processes as needed within CSC Tampa, service providers and internal clients such as Canada and Latam countries and support on designing effective solutions to control deficiencies
- Support Operations during internal audits and reviews regarding tracking and review of deliverables and other tasks.
- Establish sustainable controls and monitoring methodologies to ensure process quality and effectiveness of controls in line with Citi Policies, Standards, and Procedure as well as Regulatory Requirements.
- Provide management with relevant information and timeliness of the aspects of GRC, Control, Quality and Compliance of the Trade Hub
- Analyze, document, and make recommendations for any enhancements to achieve operational efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of product, policy, and system enhancements changes.
- Participates in system and client testing, implementation and trainings if needed.
