**Head of Global B2B Marketing (VP)**
As the Head of Global B2B Marketing for TTEC, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, an award-winning employment experience and company culture. TTEC helps the best companies on the planet reinvent their businesses to drive competitive differentiation through customer engagement and digital transformation.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer of TTEC, the experienced and accomplished executive will lead our Internal B2B Digital Marketing Agency. You will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive results for B2B clients. You will also leverage your leadership and motivation expertise while building and managing high-performing teams.
**In this role, you will**:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to achieve the agency's business goals
- Partner across the GTM leadership team to oversee all aspects of the agency's marketing operations, including digital performance marketing, demand generation, and creative services
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Manage and grow the agency's client portfolio
- Represent TTEC and new agency services at industry events and conferences
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
**Your skills**:
- Creative services: Website design, branding, advertising, and video production
- Demand generation: Content marketing, webinars, events, lead nurturing, and lead scoring
- Leadership and management: Team building, coaching, and performance management
- Business development: Sales and marketing strategy, client relationship management, and new business acquisition
- Analytical skills: Data analysis, reporting, and insights generation
**What you'll bring**:
- 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies
- Experience managing and growing a marketing team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
