**ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM**:
The SDR will start the sales process with our venues listed as LITE in Matrimonios.co and moving them through the upper sateges in pipeline by contacting potential customers and qualifying them. The SDR will be responsaible to generate MQLs for sales executives in order them do consultative sales process with those MQLs. The SDR won't close deals, but rather work to identify qualified prospects who are then handed off to sales account executives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Building relationships with our venues listed as LITE in Matrimonios.co
- Identifying decision-makers.
- Scheduling meetings for sales executives.
- Working with other sales team members to develop prospecting strategies.
- Tracking interactions and reporting results.

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE**:

- At least 1 year of sales experience working in TMK or SDR role.
- Well experienced in prospecting techniques.
- Strong active listening skill.
