**Salary Range**: $4,800,000 COP
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday
**About the Company**
Lean Solutions Group is hiring on behalf of **Energy Transport**, a U.S.based company in the logistics and transportation sector. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Sales Development Representative** to join their remote team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably as a BDR or SDR.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English level C1 or higher (spoken and written).
- Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
