**Sales Development Representative**

**Ubicación: REMOTO EN CUALQUIER PARTE DE COLOMBIA**

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 7:00 pm - (por cambios de horario en el país el horario está sujeto a cambios)

Funciones:

- Captar clientes para una empresa de reclutamiento con foco en el mercado americano
- Convertir leads fríos en calientes
- Manejar bien LinkedIn, ya que la mayoría de los contactos se harán por ahí
- Trabajar principalmente el mercado de Miami
- Captación de clientes, agendar reuniones
- Uso y gestión de CRM

**Requisitos**:

- Grado o estudios: Sí
- Experiência: Hasta 2 años de experiência
- Manejar herramientas ofimáticas, ser organizado y proactivo
- Valorable experiência previa en el mercado norteamericano
- Experiência en empresas de selección de personal, headhunting
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado ( B2+)
