**Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant**

**Type**: Full-time

Are you a dynamic and motivated individual looking to build a career in the mortgage industry? We are seeking a **Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant** to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales, real estate, or the mortgage field to enhance their skills and grow within the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make calls to B2B clients and potential leads to support mortgage loan officers.
- Provide follow-up and customer service to clients throughout the loan process.
- Maintain and update client records and documentation in the system.
- Handle all clients when loan officer is in meetings.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher)** with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- **Experience in the mortgage industry, real estate, or sales**, is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable with phone communication, and eager to learn.
