We are seeking a **Part-Time Escrow Officer** located in **Medellín or Bogotá, Colombia**, to join our growing team. This is a remote position working closely with the attorney/owner, assisting with escrow processing, client communication, and closing coordination.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist attorney with daily escrow processing tasks for purchases and refinances.
- Order **mortgage payoffs**, estoppel letters, and other necessary documents.
- Schedule closings and coordinate with notaries.
- Add and track important deadlines in the shared team calendar.
- Communicate with lenders, clients, and agents to provide required items/documents.
- Help complete requirements listed in the title commitment.
- Maintain an organized, efficient workflow while delivering excellent client service.
- Represent Title X with professionalism, friendliness, and a client-first attitude.

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 2 years of escrow/title processing experience.**:

- Must have worked previously for a **U.S.based title company**.
- Strong knowledge of **purchase and refinance escrow processes**.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling client and lender communication in English.
- **Fluent in English** (spoken and written).
- Tech-savvy and able to work fully remote.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with clients and partners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
