We are looking for our next
Officer, Corporate Credit Services.
You'll handle email triage, review loan instructions, process credit documents, validate lending calculations, and maintain accurate balances—ensuring compliance with credit authorizations and limits. You'll also support exception management, operational reporting, and quality control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the loan and Letter of Credit lifecycle (funding, payments, rollovers, amendments, maturities).
Administer agent instructions, verifying limits and calculations.
Execute and reconcile loan payment transactions.
Monitor cases in Arteria and support reporting with Excel and Power BI.
Implement quality control measures and participate in process optimization.
Maintain a client-focused culture and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
What do you need
English level:
B2+ (Conversational)
Post-secondary education and
Min 6 months of experience
in Financial Services or related industry.
Knowledge of
Loan IQ
or
TLM
. is a Plus
Strong understanding of lending products and procedures.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Excellent customer service skills and adaptability.
