The RGM Digital & Performance Management Specialist for WACAM will be a key driver of revenue growth, leading the charge in developing, implementing, and managing Revenue Growth Management (RGM) tools, processes, and data solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights, enabling effective decision-making across the WACAM region. You will be responsible for building insightful reports and dashboards, managing the RGM data lake, actively participating in projects to automate and democratize RGM data, and leading performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- RGM Tool & Process Development: Spearhead the development and adoption of global/regional RGM tools and processes for Pricing, Promotion Analysis (PPA), Mix Management, promotion and performance management, meticulously adapting them for the specific needs and market dynamics of WACAM.
- Reporting & Dashboard Development: Construct cutting-edge RGM reports and dashboards that provide a comprehensive view of performance across WACAM. Leverage advanced tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Data Lake Management: Architect and manage the RGM data lake, seamlessly integrating internal and external data from diverse sources such as I&A, IBS, and Sales Operations. Ensure data quality, accessibility, and security to empower data-driven decisions.
- Performance Management: Lead performance management efforts across WACAM, analyzing data to generate critical business insights for RGM cluster teams. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to maximize revenue growth.
- Pricing Forecast Modeling: Take ownership of modeling pricing forecasts and category trends using sophisticated statistical models. Provide accurate and reliable projections to inform pricing strategies and optimize revenue performance.

- Data Crunching Expertise: Extensive experience with data processing tools such as Alteryx, SQL, KNIME, and Databricks, enabling you to efficiently extract, transform, and load data for analysis.
- Statistical Programming (Plus): A distinct advantage is knowledge and experience with statistical programming languages, including SAS, R, Python, and SQL, for data processing, statistical modeling, and the generation of impactful insights.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to build robust relationships and foster a collaborative team environment with Sales Operations, Trade Analytics, and Finance teams.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics).
Job Specific Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of overall experience in analytics, business intelligence, revenue management, or finance.
- Proven experience handling large and complex datasets, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Substantial experience working with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and databases in general, demonstrating a strong understanding of data architecture and management principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
