**Role Overview**
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, executing, and supporting creative marketing initiatives for our clients, combining campaign management, content strategy, and hands-on graphic and video production.
This role requires a hybrid profile: someone highly organized and strategic, yet also hands-on with design and video editing, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Marketing Coordinators work full-time and exclusively for one client, typically US-based companies or professionals across various industries, and serve as the central point between strategy, creative execution, and performance tracking.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and edit video content for social media, ads, reels, shorts, presentations, and branding campaigns
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business, etc.), ensuring visual and messaging consistency
- Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met
- Create, manage, and maintain content calendars (graphic and video-based)
- Support lead engagement and prospect communication through digital channels
- Maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all marketing assets
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketing team members, and external vendors as needed
- Support basic SEO initiatives and coordinate website updates and backend management
- Monitor content and campaign performance, organize reports, and recommend optimizations
- Coordinate branding initiatives including events, promotional items, and merchandise
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as required
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and verbal
- Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience, with strong emphasis on graphic design and video creation/editing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Experience creating visual and video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of short-form video formats and trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content)
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience with paid advertising, SEO, analytics, and content strategy is a plus
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments
