Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Content Coordinator with a strong background in software and AI technologies. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our content strategy, managing a team of writers and creators, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with our audience. This is a remote full-time position, offering the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of professionals and make a meaningful impact on our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Manage the content calendar, including planning and coordinating content production timelines to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Lead a team of writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the consistent quality of content output.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of various content types, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform content optimization strategies and improve organic search performance.
- Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activity to identify content opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Utilize content management systems and collaboration tools to streamline workflows, track project progress, and facilitate communication among team members.
- Analyze content performance metrics and KPIs, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience in content coordination, content management, or a similar role within the software and AI industry.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, AI technologies, and related topics.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals.

Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and content optimization techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve content performance.
