You’ll collaborate with a talented crew to tackle diverse business intelligence projects that drive efficiency and savings. **You're Good At**
- Converting complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data governance and analytics initiatives.
- Conducting thorough financial and operational analysis to drive business decisions.
- Training and supporting new team members on data management best practices.
- Using Microsoft Excel and pivot tables like a pro to make data-driven magic happen.

**You Might Also Have**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field (bonus points for relevant experiences).
- Experience in the meetings industry, especially with Cvent or Active StarCite Meeting Technology.
- A knack for writing basic SQL queries to dig deeper into data sets.
- Prior experience in meeting planning or purchasing that gives you an edge.
- A minimum of 3 years in financial analysis that lets you shine in your field.
- Conversational level of English.
- Knowledge of Smartsheet (preferred).
