We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to be part of a high-performance delivery team supporting one of our U.S. based clients in the food & beverage industry. The focus: help eliminate manual work, bring structure to messy workflows, and turn raw data into operational clarity. This means working in Excel, automating wherever possible with Python, and documenting clean, repeatable processes. If you can leverage the use of AI, even better. You’ll be a builder, not a button pusher, working alongside analysts and engineers who are transforming how companies operate behind the scenes. If you're energized by data, automation, and figuring out better ways to get things done, this is the launchpad you’ve been looking for. About you: You’re highly structured, thrive in spreadsheets, and are excited to automate the boring stuff. You’ve got solid English communication skills and are confident in working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You might be early in your career, but you bring a builder’s mindset and pride in being the person who “makes things work better.” As a Strategio Business Analyst, you will: Organize and transform structured data in Excel spreadsheets Upload, track, and maintain key operational data across tools and platforms Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and version histories Identify and implement automation opportunities using Python Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment Core Skills Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data cleaning and formatting) Microsoft 365 suite. Strong written and verbal English communication skills Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) Python for Excel automation (e.g., pandas, openpyxl) Experience in process mapping or workflow documentation Exposure to pricing, logistics, or product data workflows Your job search ends here.
