Agentic Dream is a global innovation firm that helps organizations evolve through **data, analytics, and intelligent process automation**. We work with international partners to design systems that connect strategy, technology, and business outcomes.

We’re looking for a **Business Analyst** with solid experience in **process optimization, ERP/CRM integrations, and automation initiatives** to join our **Avanto SSI / IOP project**. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of **business process design and technical integration**.

**Position Summary**

As a **Business Analyst - Integrations & Business Processes**, you’ll analyze and optimize key operational workflows, particularly within the **Order-to-Cash lifecycle**.
You’ll map current and future-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and define integration requirements between internal systems and third-party platforms.

This position requires a strong communicator capable of collaborating with both **business stakeholders and technical teams**, ensuring seamless alignment between business goals and system capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze, document, and improve **core business processes** (order management, validation, billing, pricing).
- Design **process maps** and **functional specifications** for integrations and automation workflows.
- Gather and translate **integration requirements** (APIs, RPA, middleware) into clear technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with business users and development teams to **prioritize and refine the product backlog**.
- Lead **requirement workshops and stakeholder reviews** to ensure full alignment and clarity.
- Support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** and validate end-to-end process functionality.
- Identify opportunities for **process automation, efficiency, and scalability**.
- Maintain transparent communication with the client and ensure timely resolution of tickets and action items.

**Key Requirements**
- **5+ years of experience** as a **Business Analyst**, preferably in **ERP, CRM, or Order-to-Cash environments**.
- Proven expertise in **business process analysis and optimization**.
- Experience defining **integration requirements** across systems (APIs, RPA, ETL tools, or middleware).
- Strong ability to create **user stories, process documentation, and acceptance criteria**.
- Excellent **stakeholder management** and **client communication** skills.
- Solid understanding of **agile project coordination** and backlog management.
- English proficiency**:C1 level or higher (mandatory)**.
