Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Inputting data from **Rate confirmations **into our **Transportation Management System **with speed and accuracy.
- Verifying data for accuracy and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
- Conducting Fraud Checks with Brokers.
- Communicating with drivers regarding appointment times.
- Following company policies and procedures related to data entry and information security.
- Providing support to other departments as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Needs to have a working desktop computer or laptop.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with data management principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Salary**: 2,000,000 COP
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Job Type**: Remote

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
