**Job Type**: Full-time

We are currently seeking a **Product Specialist & Data Entry Specialist** to support one of our key clients in the real estate industry in the USA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with international exposure.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Management**: Accurately input and maintain real estate product data into client systems (Excel, CRM, etc.).
- **Product Support**: Provide product expertise to ensure information is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.
- **Excel Proficiency**: Manage and analyze product-related data using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
- **Communication**: Collaborate with the US-based client to understand needs and provide timely data updates.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure high levels of data accuracy and consistency, addressing discrepancies as needed.
- **Technical Support**: Assist with product-related inquiries and support client teams on product features.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years in data entry or product specialist roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
- **Skills**: Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent computer skills.
- **Language**: Good to excellent level of English (both written and spoken).
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in managing large datasets.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with international teams.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
