Training and Development Specialist

**Job Summary**

Conducts analysis, designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements. Designs instructionally sound lessons and develops appropriate training objectives, tests, instructionally valid training materials delivered in a variety methods. Delivers training to employees directly or indirectly.

**What you will be doing**

Training Program Management
- Provides support for global training programs launch

Instructional Design
- Identifies the learning that is needed
- Decides on the type of training needed to meet the learning requirements
- Plans and develops the training for the learning objectives
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the training material

Training & Training Delivery
- Prepares and delivers training to employees
- Manages the classroom logistics directly or via Train the Trainer sessions
- Ensures that the SCORM objects are properly built and tested prior to roll out of new courses/learning resources

Project Management
- Plans and executes as per the project objectives, focusing on the operational elements of the project such as meeting deadlines, and completing deliverables
- Communicates and tracks project objectives
- Manages the constraints of the project and provides timely status updates

Analytics
- Generates course metrics to identify areas of improvement

LMS Support
- Supports learners on LMS access, usage, etc. (i.e.: Help tickets)

**What you should have**
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years experience required
- Advanced english.
