**Bilingual Immigration Paralegal (English/Spanish)**

Reclatam is hiring a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal on behalf of our client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing law firm that focuses on Latin American political asylum and immigration cases.

**About the Role**:
As a paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting clients through their immigration process. You will be responsible for managing case files, preparing legal documents, and communicating directly with clientsmost often in Spanishto ensure accurate and timely submission of paperwork. You will also assist attorneys in case preparation, including translations, court filings, and document collection.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work one-on-one with clients to oversee their legal cases.
- Interpret and translate for attorneys during consultations and court prep.
- Collect and organize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain client files digitally and in hard copy.
- Communicate with the Immigration Court and manage case deadlines.
- Provide client support by answering general case-related questions.

What Were Looking For:

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (non-negotiable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High computer literacy and familiarity with legal software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, bilingual, and multicultural environment.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
