Vacante: Sales Reservation Specialist

**Empresa**: Westgate Resorts
**Ubicación**: Celer (modalidad presencial)
**Horario**: Lunes a domingo, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. (hora Colombia)
**Modalidad de turnos**: Rotativos dentro del rango horario indicado, con dos días libres a la semana.
**Salario**: $3.200.000 COP + comisiones por ventas

Descripción del cargo

Como Sales Reservation Specialist, serás responsable de atender llamadas entrantes, promover nuestras promociones de tours y guiar a los prospectos en el proceso de reserva de vacaciones. Este rol requiere habilidades de comunicación, orientación al cliente y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Atender llamadas entrantes de manera oportuna y profesional
- Utilizar el sistema SAMS para realizar reservas con precisión
- Seguir un guion estructurado para comunicar promociones y beneficios
- Verificar la elegibilidad de los prospectos y explicar condiciones de participación
- Resolver inconvenientes durante el proceso de verificación
- Cumplir con metas de conversión y productividad
- Mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes para fomentar futuras ventas

Perfil requerido
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con actitud profesional
- Atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas
- Experiência con herramientas de reservas (SAMS es un plus)
- Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de metas
- Flexibilidad para adaptarse a un entorno dinámico
