**You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area). You will work a day shift from 9 am to 5 pm and will periodically require you to attend and support evening events.**

**Responsibilities**:

- University Relations Support
- Provide hands-on support for university partnerships, including creating new connections and arranging speaking plans.
- Company partners management, promoting communication and appropriate documentation of new partnerships.
- Guide weekly university relations meetings and track progress of important activities.
- External Event Management & Industry Connections
- Coordinate logistics for external meetings, events, workshops, and networking activities.
- Support the planning industry networking events.
- Develop relationships with external partners
- Analyze event outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Government Agency Alignment & Incentive Identification
- Identify and pursue incentive opportunities in collaboration with relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and leverage available programs to support project goals.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience supporting projects with international business or government agencies
- Experience in project management
- Experience coordinating external events or tasks.
