Team Overview:
Are you a data-driven analyst with a passion for turning insights into action?
As a Strategy Analyst of the Customer Success BP, you will support data-driven decision-making by partnering closely with Customer Success teams and key stakeholders across SSL. You’ll help translate data into actionable insights that improve customer performance, retention, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, build reports and dashboards, and support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience. You’ll leverage your skills in SQL and Python to answer business questions, identify opportunities, and support execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary source of data-driven insights, providing actionable recommendations to the Customer Success Team.
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across Didi Food.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring the business stays on track to meet its goals.
- Lead strategic projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights.
Role Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or data analytics, preferably in tech, consulting, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
