As a **Heavy Haul Specialist**, you will oversee the transportation process of oversized and heavy loads, such as construction materials, military equipment, and industrial machinery.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- _**Load Planning and Coordination**:_ Plan and manage the transport of oversized and overweight loads, ensuring compliance with route regulations and permits.
- _**Route Surveys and Permits**:_Conduct detailed route analysis and secure the necessary permits for heavy hauls.
- _**Carrier and Client Communication**:_ Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and clients to schedule and monitor shipments.
- _**Safety and Compliance**:_Ensure that all loads adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- _**Documentation**:_Maintain accurate records of shipments, permits, and compliance documents.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: A High School Degree is required. A Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other career-related.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in logistics, focused on the transportation of heavy, oversize, over-dimensional, overweight and/or project loads.
- **Language**:Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m**. or **7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m**., following the American calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.
- **Location**: Only for Colombia, this position will be **remote**.
- **Salary**:$5,775,000 COP.
