**Your Job**

As the Project Manager of Customizations, you will be responsible for the delivery of software customizations projects of our clients in North-, and Latin America. These customizations are implemented in our self-developed SaaS e-commerce platform for B2B customers. You will be the Manager of your Developer team, consisting out of 6 Developers and 2-3 QAs, and you will work closely together with our team of E-Commerce consultants, ERP developers and other Project Managers in New York, Colombia and other places around the world. We have multiple development teams with Project Managers in Colombia, Ukraine and Sri Lanka all ready to get you onboarded in no-time.

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years experience in project management (Preferably in software development cycles)
- Engineering or Business Administration degree (Bachelor)
- Experience in managing people
- Business proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent team bonding skills - you get the energy of coaching and developing your team
- You are organized and structured, with the ability to multi-task, handle many projects simultaneously without losing focus
- Great communication skills, you like communicating with colleagues, clients, and partners from different countries and different cultures
- Learning mindset
**Desirable**:

- Scrum or agile certifications
- Previous experience in software development, ERP, or e-Commerce implementation projects.
