The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire life cycle of all assigned projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Sales Department and/or client to clarify project parameters (scope, deadline, budget, instructions)
- Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors
- Prepare instructions for vendors and handle all linguistic queries
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders
- Monitor and control projects status, providing Sales or client manager with regular updates
- Manage project finances, including budgeting
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Comply with relevant and applicable processes and procedures
- Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy (Xbench checks, proofreading, final eye...)
- Deliver all projects on time and within budget and in accordance with client requirements
- Work in collaboration with Quality Management Department to analyze quality issues and determine further Corrective and Preventive actions.
- On-boarding and training new resources and measuring their performance
- Provide input on management of existing linguistic assets (glossaries, style guides, TMs, etc.), processes and related issues.

- Experience working as a Project Manager in the localization industry
- Great organizational and multitasking skills
- Good eye for details
- Negotiation skills
- Advanced level of English
- Knowledge of Translation Industry

09:00am - 17:00pm COT

17:00pm-12:00am COT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: $300,000,000 - $380,000,000 per month
