**Job Description**:

- ** Position Summary**

The Business Process Analyst analyzes, plans and implements process improvement needs.
- Uses lean thinking to evaluate and model existing processes.
- Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional projects.
- Identifies improvement options.
- Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Collects and analyzes data to identify root cause problems.
- Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.
- Identifies and manages resources, including cross-functional members, to successfully execute projects.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- Deploys plans from conception through to close.
- Delivers presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control courses.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives to meet goals.
- Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Support (lead where required) a variety of analytical and business process improvement projects
- Gather and communicate business requirements; act as a liaison between several business units to find alignment in business needs.
- Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Ensure alignment of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects with Rockwell Automation’s Strategic Framework and technology roadmaps.
- Provide guidance on project delivery methodologies, defining success criteria, communication plans etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from project initiation through, deployment, training and support.
- Continuously improve CI processes and documentation standards.
- Demonstrate integrity, positive attitude, solid work ethic, commitment to stakeholders, passion for excellence and adherence to Rockwell Automation policies.
- ** Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or engineering field.
- 2+ years’ experience delivering CI solutions.
- ** Desired Qualifications**

Microsoft Office required. Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Data Verse (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Platform, Data Lake), Phyton or other similar programming language to automate transaction process. Must be able to evaluate new technologies and learn/leverage new technology capabilities to advance deliverables.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into value-added CI solutions.
- Equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with others having divergent perspectives and skillsets.
- Excellent client relationship skills to work with different levels of business leadership and individual business users.
- Excellent time and expectations management, organizational and problem solving skills; able to manage and execute on simultaneous projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to make complex concepts understood by diverse non-technical audiences.
- Analytics and/or Lean Six Sigma experience
