Records Management Analyst

The Operational Risk Analyst II is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team. **Responsibilities**: - Contributes to risk assessments and drives actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices. - Provides governance and oversight may include (not limited to) technology operational risk, risk for example. - Ensures that all product, operational, fiduciary, regulatory and payment system risks are actively identified, monitored, and adequately controlled - Identifies system or process weaknesses, proposing resolutions that will mitigate the exposure and increase processing efficiency - Integrates other control functions to ensure all risks are fully scrutinized - Identifies risks that cross the businesses and organizing cross-functional solutions - Tracks and resolves on all risk issues - Process Management - Ad Hoc reporting. - Additional duties as assigned **Qualifications**: - 0-2 years relevant experience - Project Management skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - Gestionar, coordinar y monitorear el cumplimiento de la política y estándares de Records Management en cada país. - Brindar guía y soporte a las unidades de negocio, países o grupo de paises sobre el cumplimiento e inquietudes relacionadas con el programa, la política y estándares de Record Management. - Coordinar y brindar soporte para la revisión y actualización anual de los inventarios de registros de cada unidad. - Realizar las funciones de Back up del proceso cuando esta sea requerida. - Gestionar y coordinar la actualización del Catálogo Maestro de Registros, teniendo en cuenta los conceptos entregados por el área de ICRM Local e informar los cambios oportunamente a todo el staff de Records Management. - Apoyar al personal asignado de Record Management en cuanto a la apropiada identificación, clasificación, almacenamiento y disposición de registros físicos y electrónicos. - Ejecutar los controles independientes de Records Management a cada unidad para garantizar que el entorno de control de registros funciona eficazmente en el país. - Mantener información actualizada sobre el estado de cada una de las actividades o iniciativas asignadas a cada país en el marco del programa de Records Management. - Dar cumplimiento a lo estipulado en los ADR firmados con los paises: tiempos de respuesta, escalamientos, actividades etc. CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS Fuerte conocimiento de las politicas bajo responsabilidad/monitoreo o soporte: Record Management, Information Security, Privacy and confidencial policy. Y conocimiento sobre las políticas: TPM, Citidata governace Policy, Citidata governance standard. Citiinformation technology management policy, Electronic Communication policy. EXPERIENCIA LABORAL: Mínimo 2 años de experiência en entidades Bancarias, preferiblemente con experiência en control y/o auditoria. COMPETENCIAS - Técnicas: Manejo Office - dominio de Excel, Word, Power Point.
