This position will directly impact the long term future of the company and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards building a high growth and profitable company. As the Junior Accounts Payable Analyst, your main objective is to support the Senior Accounts Payable Analyst in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices in the retail operation. You will assist in implementing controls, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining reliable invoice records.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Assist in implementing internal controls in the accounts payable department.- Support the Senior Analyst in managing discrepancies in invoice approvals (3-way match).- Collaborate with buyers to address input discrepancies, such as price lists.- Help meet closing schedules.- Assist in vendor reconciliations.- Contribute to the reconciliation of accounts payable aging and provide information for cash flow planning.- Assist in reviewing supplier statements.- Support the Senior Analyst in accruing accounts payable in SAP.- Assist in preparing payment reports for the treasury.
- Timeliness: Meet deadlines for invoice processing and recording
- Accuracy: Maintain a low error rate in invoice processing and data entry.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Assist in resolving discrepancies in invoice approvals and vendor inputs.
- Control Adherence: Comply with established internal controls and contribute to their enhancement.
- Vendor Support: Assist in maintaining accurate vendor records and resolving issues promptly.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounts payable data in SAP.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the Senior Accounts Payable Analyst and other team members.
- Task Efficiency: Complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

.- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or a related field.- Familiarity with ERPs, preferably SAP, and proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.- Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes.- Knowledge of the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, helpdesk support, and vendor management.
