About the job

Responsible for managing the outsourced supply of pharmaceuticals and food supplements, aligned with LATAM market demand and in partnership with CMOs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all Supply Chain activities in the role of CMO Responsible to ensure supply continuity of finished products. This includes day to day operations such as SPF, PO creation, transportation logistics.- Monitor and evaluate the supply performance of CMOs against internal KPIs and contractual obligations, including OTIF and plan adherence.- Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues between Opella and the CMOs, including negotiations related to timelines, requirements, or destruction cost allocation.- Optimize end-to-end supply costs, including transactional, functional, inventory holding, and product destruction costs.- Collaborate with local markets to improve forecast accuracy by providing alerts and demand analyses for portfolio products.- Plan the supply of API from Opella to CMOs, ensuring alignment with inventory targets and full coverage of demand.- Develop long-term strategies and foster strong relationships with CMOs to ensure reliability and service level continuity.- Support the development, documentation, and review of Supply Chain processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.- Provide ad hoc reports and relevant data to internal stakeholders regarding the Supply Chain aspects of CMO operations.- Establish and lead regular Supply Chain meetings with local and regional teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational coordination.- Proactively manage bottlenecks related to products manufactured and supplied by contract manufacturers.- Support new product launches and technology transfers produced by CMOs.

About You

Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning or similar roles.- Knowledge on manufacturing and materials purchase processes.- Experience in Pharma or similar FMGC industries desirable.

Soft Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Looking for continuous improvements and able to adapt on changing environments.

Technical Skills- Relevant experience with Kinaxis and ERP systems.- Power BI and analytics tools.- Microsoft Office

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Languages:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
