Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Assistant based in Bogotá, D.C. The Supply Chain Assistant will be responsible for managing procurement processes, supporting purchasing activities, and engaging with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing customer service support related to supply chain operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Purchasing
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools
  • Experience in the renewable energy or related industries is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable
