_**LOOKING FOR LATIN AMERICAN CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN LATIN AMERICAN REGIONS**_

**Position***:Appointment Setter

Salary : 800-1200 USD

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM CST

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage and schedule appointments from a work queue.
  • Efficiently handle calls for appointment scheduling and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and referrals in Epic.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Mastery of English and Spanish required.
  • Willingness to be on calls all day long.
  • Experience in handling scheduling and referral processes.
  • Proficiency in using Epic or similar healthcare management software a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
