**About the Role**

We are seeking a high-energy Appointment Setter & Sales Support professional to help

sell exhibitor booths for solar industry events and support the project management team.

This role combines outbound communication, CRM management, and internal

coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reach out to vendors, sponsors, and industry partners to book sales calls.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Coordinate closely with project management to ensure exhibitor onboarding and logistics.
- Assist with contracts, invoicing follow-ups, and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Extremely high attention to detail with an ability to track all communication, responses

and communicate to Sr. Managers at any moment in time. 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or sales support.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Organized, persistent, and results-driven.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience selling event booths, sponsorships, or B2B services.
- Familiarity with the solar or renewable energy industry.
