**APPOINTMENT SETTER REQUIRED**

**BOGOTA, MEDELLIN, CALI, BUCARAMANGA, CARTAGENA**
- Part-Time/Hourly Remote Position_

Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for helping people? CAPITAL WEALTH LG S.A.S is seeking talented Appointment Setters to join our growing team

**About the Role**

As an Appointment Setter, you'll connect qualified leads with our financial advisors who specialize in retirement planning for educators and public service employees. This is a flexible, results-driven position perfect for students or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work.

**Requirements**:

- Strong commitment and punctuality
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and create genuine connections
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

**Training Schedule**: Paid training will be held **January 5th-9th** for 4 hours daily. Attendance is mandatory. _(In person for Medellin. Virtually from other cities)_
